Flickr has changed

Flickr has changed their layout for the first time in several years and I can’t decide if I like it or not. I’ve just updated my Pro account because it will expire at the end of September 2013 and it will give me time to look at alternatives and cancel the update if I want.

At the moment the most attractive alternative I can find is ipernity http://www.ipernity.com/home/294323

  1. As of tomorrow I will no longer be a member because I’m deleting my account. It’s not the layout that bothers me as much as the way they do business. It was super stupid the way they rolled things out and even more stupid in ignoring the massive complaints as they are doing now. Personally speaking, I’m enjoying Ipernity so far. A lot of people are moving over to it from Flickr.

    1. I’ve added a few photos to ipernoty and I’m considering what to do. I haven’t yet found any stats on ipernity but everything else look very much like flickr used to be. Hope you carry on enjoying the move.

      1. I hope you find it to be a suitable replacement. If not, I’m sure something will come along. Best of luck to you! 😀
