Cars

We paid a visit to Knebworth house in Hertfordshire in April 2011 and sat under some trees for a picnic lunch. As we sat looking about I noticed the cars parked under the trees next to us and thought they made a nice image. At the time I had a Pentax K200D, so I fitted my Tamron 70-300 mm zoom and set it to the lowest focal length to frame the first car. I used an aperture of f/4.0, which is the widest the lens has, so that the cars in the background were not properly focused but had enough definition to make out what they are.

  • Pentax K200D
  • Tamron 70-300mm Tele macro zoom
  • f/4.9
  • 1/1000
  • iso400
  • 70mm
